I got this grill from the Black Friday Event. I thought it was the Power XL Smokeless Grill but it's not.  I tried to use it this evening and I was satisfied with the results.  I even encouraged my son who was out of town to get one for himself because it's so handy.  You don't need to go out of your house to grill something, just on top of your counter  ! How neat was that !

Just used for the first time! First impression is that it works great! Used the highest setting and got flavorful grill marks. Made chicken and brats. Precooked chicken a bit and cut brats in half to make sure they were fully cooked. I will update this review if anything changes.

Grill Review

This is wonderful! Just like grilling outside without all the smoke! The house didn't smell of burn or anything either and the fan is not quiet but not loud like the stove top fan. Grilled steak and veggies on it and it cooked nicely! I was worried about buying at first bc of someone saying it did smoke but upon purchasing and following instructions in set up, you must fill the water tray with 2 cups of water so I wonder if that's the reason (bc this step was skipped) for the reviewers negative review of the grill smoking? Lol.

Good quality for the price!

Great buy! I hate trying to cook on a outdoor grill and this is perfect for a mom with small children who doesnt want to be outside grilling or waiting on the hubby to get home to cook steaks. I have cooked steaks, hamburgers, chicken and pork lion on this thing and it does  not disappoint.

I was excited unboxing it to find out that the glass lid handle is missing. Contacted manufacture customer service for the missing piece. While waiting for the customer service response I used the grill. It was pretty neat. Worked really good. I liked it.

I got this grill as a birthday present and was very excited about it. I love grilling but 6 months out of the year it's cold here so I thought this item would be perfect for me. Tried to cook brats on it and it took 50 min to fully cook them. I preheated and followed the setup. Even on the highest temp setting it took forever and just didn't caramelize them like an outdoor grill would. I didn't want to give up on this product so even though I was disappointed with the first attempt I bought some steaks and gave it another go. Same thing it just doesn't get hot enough and even though it has multiple temperature settings, I can't seem to tell the difference from 300 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit in how it performs. I ended up returning it and purchasing a Ninja Foodi Grill.

Disappointing Performance

With some of the bad comments below, Im glad that I didn't get it. My family is a frequent shopper of WM. Im just so disgusted with my order placed on Nov.4 their first day of WM holiday deals.  Ive been eyeing this power smokeless grill for so long
