I have never played a game of laser tag in my life, but I was recommended these by a friend for my 5-year-old son. He loves playing nerf and army, something my husband and I struggle playing along with.These are a blast! They are interactive and sensitive enough that my son doesn’t struggle to keep up with the adults. They are loud, but we’ve primarily kept them as a game night activity and not just out for normal play.Spend the $40 on these for unlimited fun activity nights versus a trip to the movies.

This game has been fun for the kids, however out of the package there were the buttons on the gun that were pushed in and messed up it took my dad having to take the gun completely apart and fix it for it to be able to be used. So far the kids love it!

We got these for our boys (ages 5 and 3) for Christmas and months later they still love playing with it. It uses a lot of batteries to begin with but I have yet to change them. I really enjoy playing with them too. I specifically got this kind because I liked that it showed the number of lives left on the chest piece. It works really well and it's easy for my kids to use. Two things I wish were different: 1) that you didn't have to turn it off and on again to start a new game. 2) to be able to adjust the volume or play without sound.
