This playset is not your typical toy. We transformed recycled milk jugs into imaginative playthings! Manufactured and assembled in the USA, it’s made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic milk jugs (HDPE #2 plastic) that save energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. With no external coatings, paints, or dyes, this super-safe, durable toy is good for the earth and safe and fun for little ones. It’s also packaged in recycled and recyclable materials with no plastic films or twist ties, and printed with soy ink.

Classic Toys Made with 100% Play

The House Playset features moveable stairs that can be placed anywhere along the second level, from the back of the house to the balconies, and the bathtub, bed, table and chairs can be set up in any room.     This is the water haus. This chunk of recycled milk cartons has been thrown from 2 stories and to the horror of my two year old, didn’t break upon smashing on the pool deck. We alternate it from the jacuzzi by the pool, to in the pool where it floats, to the bathtub. Mostly sharks inhabit this house, but also, cars. The bathtub and chairs are a nice bonus. The yellow car is basically a super bonus because the seat is bigger than the other cars so bigger sharks can drive it.

    We've only had this a couple of days, but we own tons of Green Toys brand toys and I knew I wasn't going to be disappointed with this. It's adorable. It's small enough that my toddlers can hold it and carry it around by the handle. It's perfectly gender neutral which I always appreciate. It comes with the cutest little car that fits the two little mice (only one at a time) and the furniture is all white and excellent quality. There isn't a ton of furniture pieces which is great because the kids really don't care about most of it. They love the tub. The tub has holes at the bottom (very small ones) so that sneaky tots who try to fill it up cannot succeed in leaving puddles on the floor. Ha! It's a really great low profile addition to our play room. Important to note: I have four children and run a small in home daycare so I only gravitate towards brands and toys that will last. The price is a little steep for the size, but I know the quality is worth it. I paid $44 and change here on Amazon.

    I cannot say enough about how incredible these toys are and how much I love this company! I've been buying those toys for years and have always taken good care of them, but for the first time we lost a piece. I asked green toys customer service if I could buy a replacement and instead they offered to replace it for free. It made my three year old cry with joy! I love how extremely sturdy these toys are, they are played with in the water, sand, dirt, and taken everywhere. Easy to clean and will outlast most other toys. I hope to keep handing these toys down for generations to come! This doll house is the best so far! Plenty of play space and adorable furniture and car. The stair design is the only drawback because it falls off easy, so we easily found a solution by using those new velcro like strips you buy at home depot. Now it sticks on easy with no problem. My child didn't like that the car only fits one mouse, but we fixed that by just pulling out a green toys car from another set. It keeps my 3 and 6 year old occupied for hours now. Thank you Green Toys, keep the new ideas coming!

I like the size and the design, the details, all the little special touches such as the door mat, bay window, and the light over the carport. It is a beautiful little house, one I won't have to say no to if they ask to play with it outside! The only thing is, a few more accessories would be nice. There are two mice, so two beds would've been nice, as well as a toilet and maybe a pedestal sink to reinforce the importance of washing hands -- there would be room for them even with a second bed. A kitchenette sort of piece would be nice, too -- a stove and fridge, maybe with a kitchen sink (single-basin would be fine) with cabinet under, so the mice can "cook" or grab snacks to eat at the table.

I love that it is blue and comes with a little car. My son loves to play with toys like this, but I had a hard time finding a house that wasn't pink and purple and clearly "girly". I have no problem with him having pink or purple toys, but this appeals to him more. I also like that it is on the smaller side because we have limited space. It is big enough for his Little People to fit inside as well as the mice that come with it.
