Great buy on a refurbished unit. Mild wear to the casing, but overall great condition and clean. All parts were in new condition and even the display protective coverings were still there to peel away. The customer service is really good. I received my unit two days before the 20% Presidents’ Day sale went live and EcoFlow worked with to honor the discounted pricing via a credit to my account. I’m a new EcoFlow customer with 8 EcoFlow solar panels, one Delta 2 w/battery and two River Pros.

Ok, so the box was new, accesories new, and the clear plastic protector over the screen was new (added) on this refurb BUT the unit itself did *NOT* look like new. The plastic housing had large scratches, and some left over glue from perhaps a sticker. I cleaned it up and it still looks fine (black hides many things). Most importantly, though, was that I tested for 720kWh capacity and indeed the battery passed. I'm happy with this purchase!

    Good Little Camping buddy

    This Eco-Flow Delta 2 is of good value in my opinion. A few gripes of mine, Eco-Flow could have spent a little more investment in quite fans versus server grade loud engine noise type. Also the external battery on their products need to compete with Bluetti with their battery has a SB charger and it can charge itself independent of the main unit. Eco-Flow bade the battery just a proprietary unit. Otherwise the Eco-Flow is very good for the price.

    False advertisement or just bad quality?

    On the eBay item descrition page, it said support Microwave, coffe maker or mini fridge, yet on the user manual, it asks you not to use the product to supply power to non of thoese appliances. Factory defect? Or simply bad design? After about 25 minute of usage, this unit stop working. A flashing warning sign saying "overload" appears on the display. Press turn on, the unit will turn off itself after about 10 seconds. It has been 2 hour since the warning sign first appeared.

    Great power source for everyday needs

    Just running it through some tests right now to make sure everything is working. Waiting on weather to clear for the final tests but it seems perfect. Everything that was suppose to come with the kit was there. Warranty registration was already done. The unit looked brand new. Will have a follow up once everything is checked

    Excellent quality, condition, and features

    Refurb model was in excellent condition. Everything worked and seems to be made with great quality. My favorite feature is that it shows you the Wattage input and output, so you know how much is being used to charge the battery and how much Wattage appliances are drawing from it. It also estimates charge times and remaining battery times. The weight isn't bad at all - definitely lighter than a car battery. I used it with an Ecoflow solar panel and was happy with the results on that as well. Manual says you can run devices while it's charging, which is also a plus.

    Great Product for Backup Power

    This battery generator is freaking awesome. I was able to even cook on my pellet grill with it without any problems and only used 2% of the capacity. Certainly recommend to anyone looking for a heavy duty backup without breaking the bank.
