I took mine out and measured and the seat appears to be approximately 18 inches from the ground.  It is about the same height as my dining room chairs.  Hope that helps.

It&#39;s pretty awkward Bc it&#39;s so sturdy but still I can carry it around with ease. I&#39;d say it&#39;s like 15 pounds but kind of awkward to hold. It&#39;s huge!!!

It folds up sideways. Not like a regular camp chair. More like an old-fashioned launch here you would see from the 70s. But instead of the seat folded up against the back it&#39;s the two arms coming together and folding flat. It&#39;s probably about 6-8 inches once it&#39;s folded up but it&#39;s as big around as the height of the chair back.

Hello! I am over 400lbs and these chairs are plenty large for me. Between the arms measures 29 1/2&quot; and the seat measures 28 1/2&quot; across. The depth of the seat is 19&quot;.  My entire family is large and we love these chairs! Having said this, keep in mind the chairs are made of steel and not aluminum, which does make them heavier to carry. So worth it though!!!

It is very easy to get out of the chair, the seating surface does not give much, so it is like getting up out of a hard seat chair or bench.

What are the dimensions from seat to floor.

It&#39;s not that heavy, I have back issues &amp; I&#39;m a small person. I had no trouble doing it myself

it is a heavier chair but that is to be expect after all it is made of rugged steel. I wish it would come with a bag to slip it into making it easier to move it around, at this time I use a bungee cord to help keep it folded while I move it from my car to the camping or lawn area

I was surprised when I received it!  It was big and bulky.  It's a little too big but overall, pretty great buy.  Especially that the red one is on clearance.

Big Comfortable Chair

I purchased this chair for my spouse and he loves it.  It is extra wide, has a nice size table on the side and he says it is very comfortable.  He takes it on his jeep rides with his friends and gets it out to eat lunch.  So glad I bought this for him!

Hubby loves this chair!

I got this chair for my husband who is 6 fr 2in and 400 pounds. He LOVES it.
It sits high and is super sturdy. The best thing we like about it is that the chair does not dig into the legs or hips like most folding chairs do. We are very happy with this purchase.

Great chair for Big and Tall

Biggest single camping chair I've ever seen. I'm 5"11' 220 and I could fit two of me side by side in this thing. Super solid and quality feel but also very heavy. Absolutely satisfied with this but wouldn't recommend if you need to carry it around a lot.

Monster of a chair

My chair is so awesome it's like double big like two people can sit in it I love it. Definitely worth the price. Going to purchase another one.!!! lol sorry I'm folding clothes and doing laundry. Lol so that's what you see in the background.☺️

Being over 400lbs, finding sturdy, high quality, comfortable folding chairs can be a daunting task! These Ozark Trail XXL chairs are all of this and so much more! The chairs are rated at 500lbs and you can tell it the minute you sit down. These chairs offer ample room for even the largest of folks! These chairs are sturdy and don't move at all when I sit down in them. They are designed not to sink into the ground, due to the two bottom leg supports. I can sit in these chairs for hours and they do not hurt the back of my legs, as so many folding chairs do! The wife and I liked them well enough, we bought four!! I highly recommend these chairs to anyone desiring a sturdy, comfortable, roomy and nice looking folding directors chair!

My Favorite Chairs!!!

Bought 2 of these chairs and am very surprise by the size and quality. These chairs are huge and heavy. Was looking for something that would not fall apart after a couple of summers. I honestly believe these will be the last chairs we will ever need to buy.  They are comfortable and roomy and will make our camping trips much more enjoyable.  So if you are looking for a folding chair that will hold  a large adult or 2 sm. children or 1 adult and a small child this is the chair for you.  As I mentioned they are very large so transporting them could be a problem if you are limited on space.  But would I defiantly recommend if you have the space.
