It comes with a crayon meltin tool & stand, transformer, label cutter & cleaning tool, 8 crayons, 3 paper sheets and instruction sheet. It was very easy to use it following quick start guide. I loved that you can use it on different materials, not only paper, but wood and cardboard as well! It dries quickly and doesn't make any mess. My daughter loved her new toy!

My 6 year old loves this. I bought her the big tub of crayons with the purchase knowing my 3 year old would end up breaking a few. With this, it's now not an issue. They love making new art with it and it's simple enough that my youngest can use it as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a good idea to promote creativity. My daughters age 7 & 9 loved it. It's very easy to use. Just slide a crayon in and wait about twenty seconds and your ready to go. The only thing that I would change about it would be to make the cord a little longer. Some people don't have a outlet right beside their table. We had to use ours on the counter until I dig out a extension cord. The practice sheets that come with it are helpful to get used to the pen. Overall a great product!

My kids loved it!

This works. You just have to let the crayons melt. Don't rush the instrument and remember to insert pieces of crayon as you use it or you'll have to wait again for the instrument to melt it. It will skip if you don't follow this advice. Try using construction paper, its better than regular white printing paper. I need to try the crayola drawing pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crayola crayon melter is the one of great choice of gift for a kid of 8yr and above! It will keep them engaged and also improvise the artistic talent! It comes wirh a charger , stylus, holder for stylus , label cutter and scrapper, few sheets for pratice, and 8 unlabeled crayons to use! I highly recommend to try out first the simple line in the practise sheet before u work on any canvas or wood. First we need to put rhe broken unlabelled crayon inside the stylus and plug it in the power, within a minute or so! It red indicator will change to green, indicates its ready , simply dot or lines are easy to do , and since it works on less heating techique! Accident dropping of melted wax on our hands wont burn our hands or hurt. Its really great amoung kids! It dries up quick in 1/2 minutes depends on the thickness of wax u used! The additional benefit is the amazing label cutter and cleaning tool, we can use normal crayon , just scrap off the label using the label cutter and instead the crayon inside the melter and use it, no need for any special crayon withoit label or anything!

Best product for kids who have interest in arts

Our excitement grew and grew the more we created our amazing artwork. This is hands down one of the best Crayola products ever. I recommend this for everyone it's a lot of fun and a very unique was to create master pieces.

Fun for art projects.  My kids read the directions and put it together themselves before I got to it. My 9 year old especially loves it. The melted crayon does come off the paper easily if you start peeling and picking at it but it keeps my arts/crafts lovers entertained so that doesn't matter to me.

Melts crayons quickly but can only do one color to a time. Colors run together. Doesn't come out smoothly.

Sadly, it only worked for a half hour. We haven't been able to make it work since then. Crayola customer service was great and reimbursed us for our purchase.
