These flashlights are so bright! They are fantastic! They are very easy to hold. They have a grippy material on the outside so they don't slip out of your hands easily. The 4 different settings are nice and convenient. They turn on and off very easily.

Very bright

These Ozark Trail aluminum body flashlights are definitely well made, constructed with an aluminum body and the body is about the perfect size to fit in the palm of your hand. 
I love the wide to narrow (zoom) adjustment on the flashlights, making them very versatile being able to light up large areas, or spotlight for far distant lighting of an object. 

The on/off switch is located on the back end of the light, and is a large orange rubber push button that appears to be a water resistant design to keep moisture out. The back end also unscrews from the body to insert the batteries, and there is a rubber gasket on the cap to also ensure water stays out. The package states that the flashlights are rated as IPX4 water resistant, which translates as you can use these in heavy rain and shouldn't have any issues (don't submerge underwater though).

The front of the flashlight can be rotated to zoom the light beam from wide angle to a narrow beam, and the light output is impressive (rated at 500 lumens) and the specs say the beam can project 200 meters. The length of the flashlight is about 6.5 inches when set to narrow beam, and decreases to about 6 inches when set to wide angle. Each flashlight uses 4 AAA batteries (and are included), and the run time is rated at 2 hours. These flashlights will definitely come in handy, and with the package of 3 I'll have spares on hand too!

Awesome palm sized flashlights with zoom function

I received a 3-Pack of Ozark Trail Outdoor Equipment 500 Lumens, LED Aluminum Flashlights to review. This is a beautifully boxed high-quality set of flashlights as you can see from my photo that includes batteries for all three flashlights. Each flashlight takes 4 AAA batteries. Each flashlight is 6” long and the handles have a patterned grip to them. At the top of the flashlight, it is about 1 1/2" across and at the handle about 1 1/4” across. They are lightweight but solid, so I know I am holding them, but they fit comfortably in my hand. At the bottom of the handle is a large orange button to push for on/off and the different features. The flashlights have a water-resistant rating of IPX4 which means they resist moisture and can withstand being in the rain. They are 500 lumens which is equal to about a 55-watt light and with them being LED they are bright. The battery life is about 2 hours of continuous light. What really makes these different are the features of these flashlights. They are quite powerful, and this really surprised me. The head of the flashlight turns to zoom in and out. So, I can focus my flashlight on a very small area or zoom out and it shows over 10' wide of an area, with it all being very bright. My 2nd photo shows the zoom out to its fullest with the bright light on. My ceiling is 12' wide and you can see that the light shines clearly for a little over 10' wide. The on/off button controls the other features. By pressing the button once I get the high, brightest light. Press it off and on again, then I get a medium light. Press it off and on again and I get a low light. Press it off and on again and I get a flashing light that I could use to alert someone of where I am in an emergency. I really like the different light levels and the way I can zoom it to make the beam wider or narrower because I can use the flashlights in a lot of different settings both indoors and outdoors. Having the 3-pack is great because I can keep one in my car, one in my emergency bag, and one for either keeping around the house or taking with me for hiking and fishing. I am really impressed with these flashlights.

Powerful and Quality Flashinglights

These Ozark Trail 3-Pack Aluminum Focusing 500 Lumen LED Flashlights are great to have in your garage, car, boat, RV or in home. They come ready to go with batteries. They have 4 different modes, including flashing, in case you need to be seen walking the dog or out in the night. They are sturdy and feel good in your hand. Definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for more than a flashlight.

Ozark Trail 3-Pack LED flashlights

My husband is kind of a flashlight nerd and has quite the collection lol He says these are some seriously well made lights with a great light range to them. You get the standard high/low settings along with the emergency flash, red light and red flash SOS. Great set

High quality flashlight set

These durable little flash lights are just the right size and power to provide a lot of light without being too bulky. Oddly enough, one thing I really love is the packaging. They feel like a higher end outdoorsman gift in the box packaging they come in. They would be easy to wrap and even include batteries! I just got them for myself but they would be a perfect guy Christmas gift for your husband, boyfriend, or Dad. I definitely recommend these!

Good size and durable

I'm really impressed with this set of 3 Ozark Trail 500L flashlights.  One has zoom, high/low/flashing beam.  The second one has zoom, high/medium/low/flashing beam and the last one has high/low/flashing beam but no zoom.  

I really like the flashing option so we keep one flashlight in our truck just in case we have trouble on the road and might need to flag someone down for help.  

I almost forgot to mention the flashlights are good quality metal unlike some that are plastic.  

I highly recommend this product to any homeowner/driver…as they use to say “you'll be glad you did “!

What a great product!

The feel of these remind me of the magnalite brand. Aluminum that feels good in the hand, sturdy like you're not worried if you drop it. Each one takes 4 AA batteries which were included. One click shines regular brightness, 2 clicks is a bit dimmer, and 3 clicks starts a strobe effect. The path of brightness on each mode can be widened or narrowed by simply twisting the end like you would a camera lens. I put one in my car emergency box, one in my son's, and one in my husband's truck.

3 flashlights with 3 modes!

Wow, this is a great set! Three durable flashlights. Batteries are included. Batteries are easy to install. Simply twist bottom, fill battery pack holder, insert and twist bottom. Large button on bottom to turn on the flashlight. The best is the focusing feature. Twist to spotlight a large area. Twist the opposite direction to focus on a smaller area. Water resistant, two hours of battery life, and durable.

Excellent Flashlight Set

So this contains 3 aluminum flashlights, which is already a good start. They have a nice heft or weight to them. They feel substantial and they are small, so they take up very little space. Each flashlight requires 4 triple A batteries, which are actually included, which is VERY nice. They pack a very nice punch in terms of light output. You can see quite a ways off. There are three different levels of brightness, plus a flashing light level, which gives you options, depending on your needs. You can also make the circle of light bigger or smaller. They are good to have around the house in case of a power outage or if you are rifling through a dark closet. They are also very good for camping, of course. They make a good addition to any household.
