Have not played it but my kids are excited to play. If there's a place for the game pieces that would be awesome. I will check for that, if there's no separate compartment for the game pieces that's all I'd recommend

A Childhood dream

We just watched the original Jumanji novie with our daughter and had to buy this to play after. It's perfect!!

Great Game

We love the electronic Green Dome that you press for the riddles and hearing the beating drums - it's just like the original Jumanji game in the movie. We have had loads of fun with this game.

Fun twist on the Jumanji Game

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I played this with our two boys aged 9 & 11. 
They found the game to be really fun, my 9 year old said it was "Amazing!".
We found the game to be quite loud, and the sounds went on far too long after the riddles had left the screen.
It was hard to read the text on the dome if you were sitting on the side of the game board.
You need a LOT of room to play this game; a table big enough to spread out 100 cards, and room to act out the challenges and events.
This game will have you running around, so make sure that there's space for that.
100 cards seems a bit excessive, maybe there could be fewer categories?
There is a lot of reading in this game, so kids will likely need an adult to help them out. You will need to refer to the instructions for all events, so make sure you keep them safe.
The presentation of the game is excellent, the molded case looks great and holds everything safe inside.
Overall, we enjoyed our play through, and will likely be playing it again.

I don't know what the sides represent on the Challenge dice or really how to use them. There is nothing in the box or the instructions about them at all.

Want to really enjoy this game. Bought it for my kids bday present ....today and trying to play it. It is impossible to read the message through the supposed "decoder". Can't read with or without. Big disappointment.

Horrible

Instructions are so vague and don't really tell you how to play.  Instructions mention challenge dice key...what are these for?????? If you guess the riddle wrong... Loss of life??? You have to make this up as you go.
