I've owned a few of the smaller, very cheap speakers leading up to buying this particular one for an upcoming vacation. I'm very pleased with the sound quality and the light up feature of this speaker. The problem I had with smaller ones previous to buying this one was the maximum volume was always so low. With the JBL Pulse 3, there is no worry about the volume as it delivers great volume, great sound, and clear Bass. We'll be enjoying this poolside later this month!

Goofiest electronic device I have ever seen! Charging plug has to be moved around to just the right spot to make it charge. Volume control does NOT work. Off or Full volume and no variation of the volume. This speaker has a mind of it's own and goes to what ever mode that it wants when turned on. Totally crazy!

Its really amazing, that light show is just awesome, but the battery life its not the best. Also for some reason when i use the speaker with a Samsung Galaxy Phone like the S9 or S8 i get a lot of static noise, thats really annoying.

Great sounding speaker as well as amazing light show. I wanted a great speaker with good sound but something a little extra and this speaker hit the spot. 360 degree sound is a bonus as the speaker doesn't need to be facing forward all the time. All in all, completely worth the money.
