I had purchased one previously and it worked great until it didn't. After 2 years it would not brew with out playing with the maker. Sometimes for minutes at a time. Not just press the button and brew time. I got fed up with that and purchased another because it is a great coffeemaker as said, when it brews. The coffeemaker brews fast and hot coffee. Wish it had a dripless pot.

The ad makes it sound as though the machine is all stainless, when in fact, all the parts that touch the coffee, are plastic. The machine itself can work incredibly, but the purpose of getting metal was not for appearance- it was to get away from plastic. The picture looks like the plastic parts are glass- which would make a lot more sense for a stainless machine. Even the hidden parts that touch the water and coffee are plastic.

Good product, sometimes it brews too fast so I pull the pot out and let the coffee steep in the filter so I get full flavor. I brew small batches for myself.
