The toaster oven is a great buy for the money. It comes with many different things that’s helpful when cooking. But it’s a little more complicated to use then the last one I had, so I’m having to learn slowly how to use it properly.

I absolutely love this oven/air fryer/toaster! I'm so glad that I bought it. It sits on the kitchen counter next to my stove. I haven't used the stove oven since I got this, but I don't have a large family. It's perfect for those who live alone or for two people. All the parts are made well except for the grill pan. After one use, it was stained and difficult to get clean.
I love having the temperature probe. My only gripe is that the preset programs are useless to me. I don't use the recipes in the book, so no need for their presets. I do like adding my own presets. It would have been nice to name the presets on the digital screen; instead, you must look up the preset number in the cookbook. Not very handy. Also, you're on your own trying to figure out what temperature to cook your own recipes for chicken, fish, meat, etc., with the air fryer.
So my only complaint is that the cookbook is very confusing. The oven settings took me about a week to learn how to use.
Surprisingly easy to clean if you don't let it go too long without cleaning.
I love that I can easily keep an eye on the food while it's cooking, and the light is nice and bright. It turns off when the power is turned off. Once you figure out your personal settings for toast, it always will be consistent and the top and bottom of the bread are evenly browned without drying out.
The oven is well made, not flimsy, but this particular model takes up a lot of space on the counter. Large enough to cook a 5-lb chicken or 12-inch pizza. Large enough to place an 8x11" baking dish inside.
The air fryer setting works great and is much quieter than stand-alone fryers.

When we moved to our new house, I wanted to get an air fryer and settled on getting a multi-function toaster oven that could air fry. This was our third fryer in 2 years. The previous 2 only lasted around 6 months each.
Hopefully not jinxing myself, but it has now been 14 months and this one is still going strong. We use it daily for breakfast for toasting bread, bagels, cooking breakfast sausages, etc. We also use it daily at lunch as our toddler will only eat chicken nuggets for lunch. And we probably use is on average 1 day a week at nighttime to cook part of a dinner in (salmon fillet, steaks in wintertime, home fries, roasted veggies). Long story short, we use it a lot.
I love the temperature probe for cooking meats. Works great. No guessing or continually having to stop, take it out, and check it. You just look over at the display and see where you are at and can easily enough estimate how much longer.
The controls took a little bit of getting used to. They were not the most intuitive and I had to actually read the instruction manual. But after a couple weeks it is now very easy to use.
Love the removable crumb bin on the bottom. Makes cleaning it very easy. There are these bars around the heating elements. I assume they are there to help protect them from getting hit, but they are a pain to clean when everything gets dirty. Burned on oil and grease are really hard to clean off without scratching the element's glass with the steel wool.

From the trial and errors and the other machines that failed, I learned that you don't want a unit that has the coil power going through the mode selection knob. When you realize you are in the wrong mode and switch modes while the power is on, you burn the contacts off. Pretty sure several people in my household were doing that even though I told them not to and that is how our 2nd toaster died. The second was to have the controls on the side of the machine and not the top. I think the top gets too hot being over the oven and that is what killed our first toaster.

Contrary to comments that this oven is complicated, it's not. Every type of cooking has the same simple steps.
1st, turn the unit on,
press the Menu button and the list of functions light up on the display.
2nd, turn the dial to select Air Fry, Bake, Toast, Reheat and many more. When you land on the one you want it blinks to show which one you are on.
3rd, press start. ( which is also the dial)
The dial, when you push it, is the Start/Pause selector.
The Bravo cooks so much better than my Emeril Lagasse Air Fryer Oven did.
The toast setting works much faster, actually all the cooking features cook faster.
It's much easier to clean than my former air fry oven was too. The inside surfaces are non-stick and wipe clean easily. I like that you can pull out the bottom where all the grease and droppings end up. I clean them off easily with soap and water at the sink. Sometimes not even soap. The inner oven walls wipe clean as well. I wipe it down when it cools as directed but while it's still slightly warm. I use my Bravo 2 or 3 times per day so, depending on how much of a mess the item cooked makes, I may just clean it once after supper. No different than if you cleaned your stove top after cooking.
Don't overthink it. It's pretty basic unless you're going to use it as a professional chef might with all the other things it CAN do.
Changing the time and temp is very easy too. Simply press the Time/Temp button, the temp will show first, turn the dial up or down to your preferred temp if you prefer a different temp than what is defaulted. Press it again to see the timer and turn the dial to change the time to more, or less time.
The price is reasonable and the quality and safety exceeded my expectations from my previous experience with air fryer ovens.

One more thing...I love that you can turn the oven off and have no lights on continuously. These days homes are full of all these lights, on appliances and electronics. Plus the oven light has a button to turn it on and off as you like. My old one would always come on for a minute and automatically shut off, annoying.

Update: After using the Bravo for some time now, I still love it but, use caution when cleaning the pull-out drip pan. When you've got it leaned up in the sink, it can bend and crimp the aluminum. I now put my cutting board under the drip pan in the sink while I'm washing it.
