We had gotten a BUNCH of snow for several days and I can not shovel snow due to an injury so I ordered this product. After I finally received it (in a plenty reasonable time) Michigan just STOPPED having snow……LOL 

I will update this when we get some snow and I get to actually use it….

Still Waiting

This is a great item! I live in a condo and have a 10' walk across my deck to the garage that is my responsibility to shovel. I also have health issues, and I can lift this with one hand.  So far, I used it twice on the same battery charge, both times about 5" of snow. It did a fabulous job. The only thing I would change is to make it possible to throw the snow to the side instead of straight out in front.  You end up going over that snow again when you get to where it threw it in grimy if you.

Wow!

The Snow Joe was easy to use but only in snow a few inches deep.  If there was more than 6" of snow, I found I had to skim over the top to remove the top layer of snow, then go over the same area again to completely remove all.  It also was not easy to shovel the sidewalk as it had no directional use except to blow the snow ahead.  I was plowing the snow I had just plowed a few feet back.  Also, since my driveway is right next to the neighbors, all the snow I plowed going across my driveway, landed in the neighbors yard.  Since I live on a hill, my driveway is steep and I can only plow across, instead of up and down.

Easy to use but...

Hard to assemble, screws wete difficult to align with holes. The adjustable handle would stay in place. Awkward to use, it was bottom heavy and when I tried to maneuver right and left, I had to physically pick it up and turn it in the desired direction.

Does not work very well for the wet heavy snow. the light fluffy stuff though, it works great. But like others have said, u will get face full of snow while using it. it gets the job done, and works well for what i wanted it for.

The battery charge came missing a prong and corroded. When I went to plug it in it started to spark and blow a fuse.

The picture CLEARLY shows " 'plus' battry and charger BUT they are NOT included.

MISLEADING sales offer:

My snow broom arrived with a faulty charger that would not charge - which is actually pretty common, according to the manufacturer. Or at least it's common enough to have made it into the manual.

When I informed Walmart to see about a replacement, they first offered to give me back 20% of the cost and let me keep the very expensive, very useless paperweight. 

The replacement never shipped, and after more than a week of waiting around in the snow, I canceled the order.

The whole process of returning the faulty item and getting my refund has been like pulling teeth. Not worth it.

Garbage item, garbage service.

Did Not Receive Battery and Charger That Is Supposed to be Included from what is mentioned.
