Ignore the bad reviews. They are right but that doesn't take away the fact that these are the best bang for your buck compared to metal shelves and after you install it, who cares about the installation difficulties? I bought 10 of these and after installing 2, it didn't look bad at all.

Best bang for your buck

I use these shelves for my vendor events. They are light weight and easy to haul. The best part is that the legs nestle inside so you don't have to store them separately from the shelves. Because we do set them up and then collapse them, you will like tape/rope/long bungee cord to keep the legs and shelves collapsed together.  Using a rubber hammer is a MUST. There was no way we could securely keep the legs on without the rubber hammer. Then you will need the rubber hammer to take it apart. Be careful on the angle of how you hit the shelf with the rubber hammer because you can chip it. When you strike down try to strike straight down. Other than that I love them. My husband does all the set up but if I had to I would not like the rubber hammer part. When it's all set up they puzzle together and they make everything look professional and well put together.

Great for what I use it for

Seem sturdy and tough and helps organize clutter in the garage. I got the five shelf pack of 4 which was on sale for a total value of $129  taxes. First one takes time to fix the legs on the shelf's. Once you get the hang of it then it is easy. Just finished assembly and dumping stuff in my garage on the shelves. 
Tip 1: Keep a hammer with you as you will need to fix the legs firm and then place the shelf. Without that the legs will be wobbly and whole assembling with fall like house of cards. Adjust the shelf on the legs by slightly pushing, pulling the legs and the self will slide. Then slight hammer to fix the shelf firm. The design is simple and the rack can be assembled by 1 person. 
Tip2 : remove shelves from the box and fix them in same order i.e lower most tray at the bottom and so on. 
Three out of 4 box had 2 shot length legs also. Not sure why. It's only 2 per box so cannot use them to keep 1 shelf at lower height. 
Costco yellow lid box fits just perfect on any shelf. Make sure the lid of the storage box is closed well. See lower most shelf on the picture. 
Time will tell how tough this is. So far happy with my purchase.

Seem tough and help organize clutter in the garage

This is my second order of these same shelves. The first shelves were excellent and I recommend them. The first order arrived like 2 days early and therefore estimatated that the second order could arrive early. I ordered my second and went on vacation but then i received notice from Walmart that the 2nd order was arriving 5 days early. i called Walmart and was advised they would contact FedEx to deliver after I arrived from my vacation. That did not happen and the shelves arrived early and abandoned them in front of my home and I had to make immediate arrangements to pick up the heavy shelves. I love Walmart but they must be more accurate on their delivery dates and inform consumers of possible early delivery, that is only fair.

I love these shelves but one unit arrived broken.

Good price but arrived broken in lots of places. Fixed it enough to work, but would not recommend purchase to others as it arrived broken. Have to return entire thing for refund or replacement so not great process buying the shelves

Poor shipping quality

Ordered a 4 pack of large shelves. Three got delivered in seperate boxes with seperate shipping labels. Only received 3! One shelf, the tracking still shows label created but not shipped. Walmart customer service has not made this right. I already used the shelves since the tracking label had been created on the 4th shelf.
