I ordered Maxwell because of the smart vacuum features it provides. And, it has been great at figuring out where it has cleaned so far and navigating around. The app is also fairly intuitive to use. The remote viewing feature is a great add-on to the cleaning. I am able to check on the house when I've had to leave the house in a hurry sometimes. Overall, it's a great deal for the price.

No hassle cleaning at a great price

I owned a robot vac years ago that just did not get the job done.  I have two dogs and I specifically bought for that reason. I am very impressed with the suction power.  Maxwell also can clean the whole main level after recharging once during that cycle.  The security camera is cool too.

easy to order, the product is easy to setup, love the features and performance, camera security feature  preforms well . Easy to empty after cleaning. Support of Alexa and mobile app very convenient Preforms well on hardwood floors, carpet and my tile floors

Highly recommend Maxwell - easy of use

This robot vacuum is working great to my expectation. Great app on the phone is very commendable. Easy to work with as far as cleaning. Runs very quietly. Wish they have scgedule timer build in the app. Best for the price. I highly recommend this product.

Good

The vacuum worked really well initially, then when it was time for a software update It would not allow me to update. It kept saying the unit was not charging and that it needed to be charging to do the update. But it was on the Charger and it was charging because the voice on the robot said "charging" each time. I'm assuming that because I'm unable to update, that the app doesn't respond also. It does not show the map or anything else. At this point all it does is vacuum when I push the button  on the device and charges. I'm unable to use any of the other functions. I am extremely disappointed.

Stopped working with app

it only has 1 spinning foot and doesn't pick up nearly as much as my last one did. also, the battery doesn't last very long if you set the cleaning power on high but if its not on high, it hardly picks anything up. 
itbis a robot vacuum so it is ok but there are definitely better ones for the same monies or less.

Bought in October 2022 now april 2023 Does Not Work

Bad useless waste of money

Can't get him to connect to my WiFi so there for I have to start it manually. Not happy… I bought three of these and one is a Christmas gift. These may be going back. Shouldn't make an item that is so picky when it comes to WiFi connectivity. 2.4 no more no less? What the heck! Does anyone have a secret to getting him to connect?!

Not sure I'm happy with Maxwell

Hard to setup . Does not work with 5g internet  .  Gets going then it just doesn't seem to want to go into a different room . If you force it into another room by blocking it it get confused and can't find it's way out . The voice on it is very irritating   All in all I don't recommend . if you had a big square house with nothing in it it would work fine
