I just bought one, I drive a Nissan Leaf which does not have a trunk but a much larger payload are like a small SUV. It barely fit. It was preassembled and the part that caused trouble was the charcoal raising and lowering handle

If you put the sides on reversed (left on right, right on left) everything will work, except that the tray doesn't crank, and the warming tray won't connect at the  bottom, don't ask me how I know...

im having problems with the charcoal trey, is there a trick to it??? when i crank the handle, the trey doesnt move, it feels like its stuck??

The assembly was easy to follow and took about an hour solo. I purchased this for my husband and he loves it. We've enjoyed steaks, ribs, salmon and chicken all cooked by him; so it turned out to be a gift for me too as I'm spending less time in the kitchen.

Perfect size with useful features

Overall, great, had one before, so I knew what to expect.
Put it together in 1.5 hours.
Handle needs work but it does the job.
I would like to know where can I get the missing part (hinge pin without hole to lock it)

Great but.. missing part

i first purchased this grill 7yrs ago, but we moved to an apartment with no yard or patio and had to gift it to family. i recently purchased this again and i still love it! fairly easy to assemble. easy to read instructions. i think what i love most about it is being able to adjust the coal height when i need to. and easy access through the door to move coals around if needed. the bottom tray makes it super easy to clean up ashes. as far as size goes, i was able to cook 3 racks of ribs at the same. 2 racks of ribs on the grill and 1 on the top shelf.

i love it!!

Pros: Solid build, No missing parts, lots of Perks to it like the side tray, bottle openers, cleaning tray and thermostat. 

Cons: So many pieces to put together -took about an hour and half to assemble, three very large stickers that broke into pieces as you pull them off - spent 15 minutes just removing stickers.

Excellent Purchase

Purchased this grill yesterday.  Took a few hours to assemble.  Took my time.  
I believe you can buy it assenbled.  I prefer to perform assembly myself.  
Heavy construction.   Near 100 lbs.  Grill racks are cast iron.  Rest is heavy gauge steel.  Quite a bit heavier than the thin gauge steel of most less expensive propane grills.  This grill won't blow away on a windy day. 
FEATURES:  A front locking door for loading charcoal or wood.   A crank handle which raises or lowers the charcoal/wood closer to, or farther from the cast iron racks.  What a great idea.  Easier and safer than adjusting hot racks.  Four (4) side air vents.  Two below the racks.  Two in the hood.  To adjust air circulation above and below the fire as it heats up.    Easy to read large temperature gauge on the hood.  A removable full-size debri pan which will catch all the charcoal dust, wood fragments and grease.  Just pull it out to clean.  So much better than those useless grease cups found with propane grills.  This tray should keep your bbq area clean.  No need for a mat under the grill.  A heavy duty folding side shelf with three (3) hooks for utensils.  And a bottom shelf.  Two wheels and a handle for manueverability.  But this grill is heavy.  
This is a sharp grill.  EXPERT is a brand name, possibly a Walmart brand, as is MAINSTAYS.  Great price.  Wife loves the appearance. 

Don't forget to buy the optional EXPERT grill cover made especially for this grill, $14.97.  I didn't know there was a specific cover.  Just ordered for pick-up later today.  Will fit perfectly.  What a great combo!!!

GREAT PRICE.  VERY WELL BUILT

This is so sturdy and seems like it will last a very long time! All parts are extremely well put together and it cooks like a dream. Do not forget to season the grill grates! Do that and this BBQer will last you through many cooking days ahead.

1 it took me 4 hours to put this grill together YouTube couldn't help me lol 2nd I put the legs on wrong so I couldn't install the side tray smh and lastly the rack constantly gets stuck! I had to call my uncle over to help me open my grill because it was stuck closed with food inside cooking

3 issues lol

Horrible!!! Driver delivered to wrong address rode past my house to wrong house left in driveway! This is a big grill how am I supposed get it down street! Luckily another delivery driver got package and bought it down the street! Address big on my house SMH! Walmart customer service was great though and they fixed the problem!

Delivery Issues but Walmart is great

Been buying these grills over the years and have been very happy i gave one star due to side shelf for grill was missing on my last one purchased. I contacted the maker of grill and they requested proof of purchase which I sent and so far (three months) and no emails from them what so ever. You need that shelf to set your food before and after cooking. I lost a plate of uncooked t-bones trying to hold in one hand and using other hand to put steaks on grill. The steaks cost more than the grill. I will never purchase another grill from this manufacturer.
