Do I need a plumber to install the bidet?
Brondell bidet seats are designed to be easily self-installed with no plumber or handyman needed!
What do I need to install the bidet seat?
A Phillips head or standard screwdriver may be needed to remove the existing toilet seat and a standard wrench may be needed for tight water supply connections. Teflon tape can be helpful in creating a water-tight seal between plumbing connections.
How is this powered?
The Brondell Swash EM617 is powered by a standard GFI electrical outlet. Maximum power consumption is 870W.
Where does the water come from?
The water is supplied by your home’s freshwater line coming from the wall. The Swash Select EM617 bidet seat has continuously heated water that can be adjusted to your personal preference.
Do I need to buy anything else to install this?
All necessary parts for standard installation are included in the box.
