About this item

  • Multiple Power Sources: The ER210 radio features three sustainable power sources for recharging: a built-in solar panel that harnesses direct sunlight, a hand crank for manual recharging during power outages or away from a power source, and a rechargeable 2200 mAh battery offering up to 32 hours of continuous radio operation. This makes the radio eco-friendly and suitable for emergencies and outdoor activities where traditional power access is limited.
  • Emergency Flashlight: Introducing the SOS FLASHLIGHT BEACON, an essential emergency tool. This flashlight flashes Morse code in critical situations, allowing you to signal for help effectively. Its Bright CREE LED emits 130 Lumens, ensuring high visibility for rescue efforts. Choose the Low brightness setting to conserve battery life or opt for the High brightness setting to maximize illumination. Be prepared for any emergency with this versatile and reliable flashlight.
  • NOAA Weather Scan + Alert: NOAA Weather Scan will automatically scan through 7 available weather (WX) band channels and locks onto the strongest weather channel to alert you of severe weather updates. NOAA Weather Alert will sound an alarm indicating that there is a risk of severe weather in your area. NOAA Weather Radio will also be used to broadcast AMBER alerts for missing children.
  • Charge Your Device: The package includes a USB charging cord specifically designed for charging the radio, ensuring hassle-free and efficient charging whenever you need it.

Convenient size. I do like that you can hand crank the radio to charge it enough for use but also carries regular batteries. Has multi-brightness level flashlight that also can flash SOS. It has USB charger ports which are convenient. Even has an ultrasonic dog whistle but I don't know why you would find an occasion to need that in an emergency. The things I do not care for about it are that the rubber cap that is supposed to keep the charger ports dry does not want to go back over those items and stay put. There's some tab that is just in the way and interferes with the closure, so at least with mine I cannot say this is a truly weather resistant radio. I also don't like that I can't turn the display all the way off. At least I haven't seen any instructions that show you how to do that. Even when I turn the power off the time and battery status always display which uses battery. As a matter of fact I've had this radio about 2 months and it's used half my battery just doing that and I haven't used it for any other reason. I would like to see a way to turn that display off or at least instructions that tell you how to if it does do that.
