It's just ok
This came with what looked like scratches or sticky stuff on it, but it took some alcohol and elbow grease to get it off. The template was a big help. But it was hard to get the screw threw the metal bracket that fits through the hole. The screw kept getting stuck. When I finally got it in it doesn't screw in the wall tightly. Then the caps that goes over the screws were chipped and too big to fit over it so it doesn't stay on. Am I supposed to glue them on?? I'm sure that I don't. I dont want the exposed sxrews showing. Other than that, it's just alright.

Very Happy! Looks great. Easy to install. I did accidentally bend one of the plastic wall anchors when hamering it in, lucky I had extra . Would be nice if they sent exta though and if they said what size drill bit to use in the instructions it would of been super helpful. Overall extremely satisfied.
