These chairs were recommended to me as part of an email list serve. I had been admiring the chair forever and couldn't afford the costly price tag. Mine arrived today. Came super quick and was scratch and dent with a small scratch/scuff on the wheel in an inconspicuous spot. My son and I assembled ourselves after finding a video online. It is AMAZING. It is truly engineered for people like me who must sit all day to work. You will not regret this investment. Your back and hips will thank U

Shipping time was excellent! Ordered Wednesday afternoon and it arrived Friday. The Aeron itself is in good condition, but this is clearly a refurbished chair and there are no ways to date it (I am assuming it is 10+ years old). The seller has removed all manufacturing stickers, including the ones in the mechanism which likely will affect resale value. The metal base the casters attach to is clearly painted, with previous nicks and dents. The casters are very loose and make noise when rolling.

As other buyers have noted, this seems to be a refurbished chair rather than an open-box (it had an odd odor, that could be spray paint). Regardless, it was priced appropriately for such a chair with all adjustability functions working. Highly recommended

    Authentic but mismatched.

    I believe the parts I chair parts I received are authentic but mismatched. The seat is from the 2005 model and the back is newer. It's easy to confirm this by looking at the armrest adjustment mechanism for the seat and comparing that to newer models that have the Posturefit back and a different mechanism. The manufacturer stickers have been removed from both parts as well, which seems a little shady. I guess you get what you pay for but it's still a $700 chair and I expected to get parts that were made to fit.

    Good product at fair price.

    I was familiar with the product from use at work and wanted one for my home. I was a little dubious about spending so much for a chair from a company I didn't know so decided to obtain it from eBay for additional protection. The product came on time, was perfect, and had no problems. I did have to change the wheels to work better on my carpet but this was expected.

    This Chair Was Built By God

    Incredible piece of furniture! The comfort and flexibility of this chair is incomparable to any other. No longer will my back or bottom get hot or sweaty from sitting in a chair that isn't able to breathe. I'm blessed to have found this here on eBay for a fraction of the cost.     Great Features

    It took a lot of adjusting but finally got it right. It is a comfortable office chair but not perfect. I am the smallest person to fit in the chair, would have been the largest to fit in the small chair. It isn't perfect and took a while to get used to it. Wouldn't trade it now.
