Plastic case.  But nothing on this laptop seems cheap.  Very light in weight which is what I wanted.

Anything you didn't like about it? Is it fast? Is track pad good? Is it easy to type on? Does screen get bright enough? Are speakers loud enough?

It's really good for the price of 400$ which is what I got it at, getting a ryzen 5 with 8gb of ram is really good for gaming which im very happy. The model is also the same as my last laptop so i know how to upgrade it and i know where everything is in it.

It is great slim laptop for the price.
It is exactly like motile14 but doesnt have backlit keyboard and memory card reader.
But still, it is fine for the price($350)

I've been looking for a new laptop for several months.  I will use it at my coffee table while watching TV or reading.  I wanted something light weight and not too big.  This EVOO laptop is very light and the Goldie locks size I needed.  I have some reservations about the brand, but knew I could easily return it if I didn't like it.  After several days I really like it.
1.  Light weight.
2. Less the $399 with lots of features.
3. Brilliant screen with thin plastic bezels.
4. Keyboard keys slightly larger than normal with a good feel.
5. Large mouse pad.
6. Easy laptop

Great mid level laptop at a budget price.

It is really ultra light. Compared to the Dell we bought a while back it feels like a feather. Not having the number pad it much smaller, but it does everything we need.

Nice machine.

I've only had this laptop for 2 days but I am LOVING it. The display quality, light weight, sturdiness and performance are all above my expectations for this price. Also it is worth note that the cooling fans are practically silent almost all of the time.  Only complaint is no biometric/Windows Hello sign-on options.

Best you can get for the price

I was very pleasantly surprised.  Laptop is very good given the price.  Laptop is very speedy and I would recommend this laptop for someone who is looking for something basic in the 14" screen size.  Very simple setup and everything worked right out of the box.

Nice Laptop!

The item arrived in good condition and worked as expected. It's good for its price. The performance is good based on the stock hardware provided. You may add more RAM for additional performance gains but I think it won't do much as this unit only has 1 RAM slot. The wifi connection drops from time to time so I recommended that the latest wifi driver should be downloaded from realtek's website. I updated mine and the wifi connection got stable. I give this item a 5 star rating because of the hardware to price ratio. I'm using it for studying, browsing,  watching stuff and programming and it performs well. Do not expect it run fast if you intend to use it for work, gaming or video/photo editing.

I returned the first unit because the Windows key stopped working. I used an external keyboard instead. I exchanged for another one but it did the same after one week. I called their technical support and I was told to follow the warranty procedure. So, I was going to return this unit for a refund.

After a persistent Internet search, I found the solution: Fn-F2 is the toggle to lock/unlock the Windows key.  I found it on Reddit. It's so unfortunate that their tech support did not know this.  This is a fine laptop. I wish I had known the solution so I wouldn't have returned the first one. I can no longer install my Office 2019 on the second because I used my last installation on the earlier unit.  

Bottom line: If the Windows key stops working, the solution is Fn-F2.

Fine laptop - missing documentation

I foolishly sold my Motile laptop and was hoping to rebuy it here, as it clearly appears to be the same laptop. Upon arrival it was obvious the keyboard was not backlit, there is no biometric logon for Windows Hello (bye face log on), two features which are rare at this price point. As much as I loved my old Motile, this being now a 2 year old system with missing features of the original, and more than $100 of what I had originally paid means it's going back to Walmart.
