The Radius should last about 6.5 hours on a charge.  It should take about the 5-6  hours to charge.

The Radius has a 15ft refill protection zone that is included with your product.  We do have battery operated refills (rechargeable) that are 5.5 % metofluthrin that you can use in your Radius repeller that would give a 20 ft zone of protection.

Works like advertised- I decided to get something like this when I could not sit on my deck - I had six of those striped tiny mosquitoes it was awful on one leg got this thing accidentally left it on outside the first night now ther are no more mosquitoes it's like I paid 300 bucks for one of those companies to come out and do that it kind of scary actually like silent spring - the picture is the deck we have had so much rain here it's been beautiful but so many mosquitoes you do want to charge it up first

Amazing - works like they say

I've been surprised at how effective this is. We live in Central Texas and are accustomed to getting chased out of the backyard by mosquitoes as soon as it gets cool enough in the evening to stand being outside. This device really does a remarkably good job of keeping mosquitoes at bay, and it doesn't create a bothersome odor. It does need a few minutes to warm up before it's effective, so we typically bring it outside, come back in for a few minutes for it, and then spend time outside. It's great!

I bought the first two Radius approx 2 years ago and use them on a sailboat on the West Coast of the united States.  I also tested them during the Mosquito season in Arizona.  They work so well that I bought one for my sister and then two more to keep at home in Arizona.  Thanks Thermacell!!!

Thermacell Radius is the answer to the problem!

Product works great. Bought it last year for a camping trip. Went to charge it for our upcoming trip and the unit was dead. I saw on here people were having the same problem so I emailed Thermacell. Less than 48hrs later I got a reply. The rep told me that they would send me a new Radius and that it would be in the mail on monday. Tuesday comes and i get a knock on the door from UPS delivering my brand new blue Radius. Thank you Thermacell for great customer service and for standing behind your product.

I got this in an attempt to find something flameless that I could use around my niece to help keep the bugs away. And while using it, we did have a few house flies, but, we didn't have any biting bugs. We even had 2 tiki brand candles lit on the table near us, and they didn't want anything to do with us. This thing uses an extract from a certain flower that mosquitos hate the smell of, but we, as humans, can't smell it at all.  And the best part is, you can keep the cap for the refill to be able to recap it if you want to place the unit in your bag, or to take it with you on a picnic. And the battery last for 6 hours with a 2 hour cut off each time. So, you can use this 3 times before having to recharge it. I highly recommend this little thing to anyone looking for a flameless option to help you to be able to keep the mosquitos away. Don't believe me? Then try it for yourself, and I am sure that you'll enjoy it.

Great Flameless Option

We bought this in August of 2021. The first 2 uses seemed to work ok. Then smoke from fires west of us made doing anything outside rather miserable - especially late in the day. Our next opportunity to use & test our Radius finally came just a few weeks ago in south /central Colorado. We were very happy with the performance and would recommend this as a must have on your patio or in your car travel gear. We bought several extra refills to make sure that we do not run out of repellant when not convenient to get to a store. We could not give more than 4 stars because of the expense. We believe lower prices would promote more sales and use.

Compact, light and easy.

Two purchases of the same product and both times the casing cracks into pieces without falling on the floor. Totally rotten product. See both products broken everywhere.

I bought the product a few weeks ago. I've been trying it every time I go to my patio, try to put it outside at least 10 minutes before going out, but obviously you can see in the picture it doesn't work. VERY UNSATISFIED.

DO NOT BUY

Used two of these all last summer and the seemed to help keep the bugs away.   Broke them out of storage for the winter and found the top section had crumbled on both units.  The magnets that hold the top section to the bottom fell out of the case.   The top section no longer stays fixed to the top.   Plastic seems brittle now. 
Unclear if version 2.0 fixes this issue.   Not certain I will invest in another set unless this issue is addressed.

Device Crumbles

I have the older style with butane and mats they are better. Had 3 of these out and could still see Mosquitos flying. Put 3 of the other ones outnp issues. Not worth the money
