Charger STOPPED WORKING after 4th use. Turbo button is BROKEN. Battery has DIED & will not charge.
UPDATE #2: I finally received a new charger, but now a few months later and the battery has stopped working. It just blinks red. I swear, this is the most garbage selection of products I have ever purchased on Amazon. The blower, the charger, and now the battery have all broken. For the price I paid for this product and the "#1 Rated" title that Ego gives themselves, I am very unsatisfied.UPDATE: Moved this rating from 2 stars to 1.... I reached out multiple times to Amazon and then Ego. Had to jump through a bunch of hoops to show proof of purchase and made several calls to their customer service. I'm still waiting on a replacement charger that was supposed to be sent a month ago. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED.Additionally, there is a little bit of juice left in the battery, but we cannot use the machine properly because the turbo button is stuck in the down position. Now there is no way to control the air flow and it only blows on max, which kills the battery even quicker. I am embarrassed to have given this to someone.INITIAL REVIEW: The unit worked great until about the 5th use, I used all the juice up and put it back in the battery charger. I came back the next day and tried to use it, there was no charge. Checked the outlet, checked the pole connection, everything was normal, but it wont charge. Not sure if it's the battery or the charger, but I bought this as a gift for my mom and now she's unable to use it. I'm a little bummed I threw away her old plug-in blower, now she has no way to clear her patio and is expecting thanksgiving guests.
