High lift lever on right side was stuck and needed slight adjustment which I did myself. The cage that holds the bread in place was caught on the inside of the bread slot. Really like the warming setting, for when you don't want toast but nice warm slice of bread. Great looking in black stainless steel and not overly large like several I had to return.

I purchased this toaster because it has a "gluten free" setting and I have used it only on that setting. We are very happy with browning of my homemade gluten free bread. I have tried several different thicknesses of the slices and find that a thicker slice seems to be more consistently browned. This is the first toaster I found with the gluten free setting and I am pleased that it works so well and that a company sells a toaster for those of us when can't eat regular (wheat) bread!
