I purchased this cushion after I had fallen down the stairs at home, landing on my tail bone. The pain was horrible and sitting was difficult. This cushion took the pressure off my tailbone so I could sit comfortably.
I’ve been using this for almost a month. It definitely has flattened out a bit, but I do not think that is the fault of the product. I’m 5’4” and 240 pounds so I’m certain my weight has contributed to the flattening. Even so, the cushion is still comfortable and is serving its purpose. I am able to get up a bit quicker than I was without using the cushion.
One thing to note: the zipper for this product is located on the bottom of the cushion which could cause scratching or tearing to your own chair if you are putting this on a leather seat. To avoid any potential damage, I placed my cushion on a towel before putting it on my chair.
