I just love my new heater/fireplace! use a long handled Phillips screwdriver and you shouldnt have any issues installing the legs. The screw holes match up perfectly with the screws, so no worries there. The controls are hidden beneath the working door, and you have options to either increase or decrease the flame or heat, or you can turn off the heat and just enjoy the warm glow of the flame. The heat does work well for my medium sized bedroom, and surprisingly quiet. A decent sized unit for the price- all metal sturdy housing with thick strong plastic legs. I bought mine for winter before the cold weather kicks in because most certainly the price will increase. All around great deal.

Good looking heater!

I love this heater, so much so I bought 2 of them.  There's a switch for you only to display the "flames", there's a 1,000 W switch, a 1500 W switch, and a thermostat.  My only disappointment was that 1 of them came bent but I'm resourceful enough that I took it apart and bent it back into shape. The hot air blows out from underneath, and from what I've experienced is doing a really great job as a supplemental (small area) heater.  People were complaining about the installation of the screws, I buy a lot of furniture that you build yourself so if you are versed in that it's really no big deal at all.  Just have a long neck screw driver and set your screws before you place the legs.  I recommend this heater and I get compliments on it from everybody who sees it.

Really like this heater, I actually purchased two. I wanted a space heater that had a fireplace just so it wasn't an eyesore and it sounded nice. This works great in our room, the garage not as much but I didn't expect it to. I do wish it had a remote for when I'm cozy in bed and don't want to turn it off but other than that I really like it. Got it on Black Friday for $50? I believe. If it was like $70 I would not purchase again

Elegant Electric Fireplace

Arrived very quickly. Easy to assemble with my mini electric screwdriver with extender. We set up a routine with our Google home to start the fireplace and play crackling fire sounds. I also purchased a heat proof mat to go under the heater. The shipping packaging includes 2 very sturdy rectangular cardboard boxes. One of which I'm using to create a faux hearth to increase the height of the whole set up.  I still need to decorate with heat proof silicon. This is a great deal and looks so charming and cozy. If you don't like the idea of canned fire sounds from a speaker just pickup a Woodwick candle or similar to enjoy realistic crackling ambience.

Fantastic little fireplace!

I love this little heater. You. A run the flames even when not using the heater. It's a great size and weighs almost nothing so it can be moved whenever you feel the need. I love how the top does not get hot as my cats enjoy sleeping on it. It would have been perfect except the top front corner is dented in. The box looked like it had been pulled from a dust bin when it arrived to our house. I honestly didn't think it would ever get here. Delays seem to be common with shippings anymore. No I didn't want to send it back as I was afraid I would never see another one. It's a great addition for anyone and so cute :)

Delightful and almost perfect

I needed a small heater for my bathroom when my old heater finally quit on me. i wanted one with a cozy design with a flame and this was the look i liked and finally the size i needed. i was disappointed by the overall look when it came in. But the cord gets hot when running it and that never happened with my old heater. The cord on this heater and not thick and i guess pretty cheap for it to be hot to the touch. Then i noticed it melted my outlet! i only use it to warm up the bathroom before jumping in the shower so it's not like i keep it plugged in for hours. Very scary! I wish it was made more durable and structurally sound and i would of paid more and been happy. Pretty disappointing 😞

Disappointed

i was at the side of the house when i heard the loud slamming noise of the boxes being dropped, it looked cloudy and it would have been nice if fedex driver could have placed them in front of the door under the shade instead of leaving the boxes out in the open for people to see and could possibly steal them, a ring or knock would have nice as well,  i hope it's not damaged, will know soon. the product itself is good but the delivery was horrible.

If you are not a little person or child,  your hands wont fit to put the legs. you will need a foot long magnetized screwdriver, then maybe. i shouldnt have to buy a specialty tool. imagine a man trying this with his hands. im so angry right now. what a waste and i still have no heat b cause i.have.to.buy.a.longer.screwdriver than are in most homes. i cant afford a screwdriver this month. i definitely feel 🪛
