Love the stainless steel inner pot. Hard to find those in rice cookers. Love how rice comes out fluffy and cooker does not release much water as my other previous cookers have done. Great value. Love the fact that the rice gets stuck on the bottom and gets a little crunchy and golden brown. It reminds me of how the rice gets when cooking on a fire stove as a child. To help the stuck rice release more easy, just unplug 15 minutes after rice has finished cooking or better yet, after rice has cooled completely, place into refrigerater. After several hours, it will release with ease.

I've never left a review for any product I've purchased but with this one I couldn't keep quiet. I'm from Cuba hence we eat rice every day. Like the Asian people you can say we are experts in the matter. This ricé cooker makes the rice perfect. Soft, good texture, , not sticky, very good flavor and the price is unbeatable. I've used several rice cookers in the past, even very expensive ones. With this one I don't see the difference with the expensive ones. I'm so satisfied with this rice cooker that I bought two more for my mother and aunt as well.

Don't know why anyone would buy a rice cooker with a "non stick" interior pot - so unhealthy! It's what I had before and it was not easy to clean, even with the "non stick" lining. This all stainless rice cooker cleans so easily, and cooks the rice better! Love love love it!

FIRST, the price was fantastic. I had a hugely expensive one from Asian friends that we have had and used for years and years now, so I was hesitant to go with one this inexpensive since the older one did such a great job. THIS IS THE SAME GREAT JOB. It's a little smaller than our prior one, but the stainless basket trumps that big time. It's making great rice, both brown and white. SHIPPING WAS FAST AND EXCELLENT AS WELL.
