Not much to say about this keyboard other than it's really built well for the price you pay for it. I have used mechanical keyboards and back lit keyboards costing 30 times what this keyboard costs. I ended up simply going back to using a simple keyboard (This Logitech) that works well and has bright white lettering on the keys. For $20 you simply can't get a better keyboard! Sometimes (More features) just complicates the simple. This is simple but it's also well designed and types like a decent keyboard should!

It's a tank of a keyboard, and a pretty good workhorse. I took off two stars because while it's described as "English/French", the UPC code posted in "specifications" and the picture are both strictly the English keyboard. In addition to a slightly different layout, some of the keys - especially "Enter (Entrée)" are shaped way different. UPC of delivered keyboard is 097855067524, not the 0097855065537 in the description. Don't get me wrong - it's still a solid keyboard, but if you aren't used to the key layout, you're going to have to adapt a little.

I have now had two wireless keyboard/mouse combinations from Logitech this year, one of which had to be returned to London Drugs who kindly exchanged it. The new one stopped working after three weeks and Logitech refused to exchange or repair because there was no receipt. So taking it on the chin with the waste of money I have gone back to a wired keyboard and mouse. The letters will come off the keyboard no doubt so I have ordered a clear film for the keyboard. It is cheap but I am not going to waste any more money buying super duper keyboards anymore.

I decided to replace my husbands keyboard after I used it and discovered it was NOT typing accurately. You know what I mean. Having to strike the keys harder, keys sticking etc. As he is a 2 finger typist I worried he was going to develop really bad habits by continuing to use it. I purchased this keyboard for him and was pleasantly pleased at how the keys feel when you type. I thought my Lenova required a light touch but this one is even better! May replace mine with one of these. So, in a nutshell....YES....I would recommend this.

My new computer came with a "chicklet" style keyboard that had no feel or response and was almost impossible to use without watching your hands. This unit has more of a "typewriter" feel, there is a positive response to the keys and it makes typing accurately much easier. Logitech makes good products, and this is a great value.
