Works as described, but music quality is very poor. Music has an empty, "tinny" sound to it. I ended up redoing everything with a quality turntable, and am very happy with the results. You get what you pay for. I ended up throwing this away.

This is an excellent buy. It comes with a convenient copy of Audacity on a data disk. The sound quality is fair at a low volume so you do need a mixer with an amplifier to get good quality sound.
