Having just received a manufacturer refurb Shark Rotator NV502 my first thoughts taking it out of the box were that everything about it seems to be brand new. It's so very clean, with not a scratch. This lift-away model comes with each of it's pieces packed separately, all of which just slide together into place. Assembly took only a couple minutes, essentially sliding each piece right together as I removed each from the box without ever needing to open the manual that came with it. After taking it for a spin around the living room and trying out the power brush I'm impressed. It all seems to be working perfectly. I'm very glad I chose to get this refurb model over the cost of a new one!
