My Kids love it, easy to assemble one to two steps, and tools are included. This is an awesome product. I bought four gave the e100 away to niece and nephew and bough my 10 year old son and 8 year old daughter the e300 they wanted more speed even though the e100 are fast. I even ride them would highly recommend the scooters.

Been using this for 3 weeks now. It's been reliable, easy to handle, brakes are good. Charging is easy, slow but easy. Cons: no variable throttle, it's all the way on or all the way off and nothing in between, it's loud - can be heard a block away. Nearly impossible to add air to the back tire. Steering can be unstable but I haven't had any problems. All in all, no buyers remorse.

Even though it was listed as an open box purchase, this scooter was brand new and gorgeous. It was easy to assemble only requiring me to attach the handle bar and the sear post and seat. I weigh 200 pounds and it handles my weight just fine.

easy to put together, comfortable to ride , love the speed of 15 miles per hour , seems durable , live in gated park so lots of fun riding around , i keep fully charged so battery last a good amount of time , i think with proper maintenance and care it will last a long time, excellent scooter for the money !!!

First ride got me to the store and back (15 min. round trip, flat ground), no problem. Charged for 10 hours. Few days later I went back to store, this time it died (battery died?) on the way back. I can barely walk. So, you can imagine how difficult it was trying to push this thing home. It was a painful nightmare. I'm scared to ever ride it again. Bottom line: Don't ride it any further than you can walk. If you have bad legs, ride at your own risk. Maybe I just got a lemon, but I'll never buy another of these. (UPDATE) - Firstly, charge longer that 8 hours. Know the limits of this scooter. I safely get about one mile on a full charge. Sometimes a little more. If you are elderly and weak, carrying it up a flight of stairs, forget about it. It's heavier than it looks. Over time I have figured out what it can and can't do. Short rides, fully charged batteries, and you'll be fine. My first review was harsh because I just got home from pushing scooter and had very sore legs. I've had no issues since. Hope this is helpful.Read full review
