I love many things about the Jabra Wave. This is in fact the 3rd one I have owned. The fact that I've owned 3 explains the hate part of this review. First, it's probably the most comfortable earpiece I've ever had. You forget that you even have it on which can be a problem sometimes because if it falls out of your ear you may not notice. The buttons are easy to get to even when you're wearing it. Not like the Plantronics Legend. The Legend also has the most ridiculous charging connection and lousy sound quality. Highly overrated! The Wave uses a standard micro-usb connection and has outstanding call audio. No one on the receiving end has ever complained. They are always surprised that I'm on an earpiece. Here's the only drawback. The reason I've owned 3 of them is that they will break at the top of the curve. It's not if it will snap off it's when. That very thin part just above the on-off switch will fatigue and crack off. The usual lifespan is 1 to 2 years at best. But because of the good features and the reasonable price compared to others I've justified replacing it every couple of years.Read full review

I've had this model previously and it lasted fairly long before it separated at the narrow curve around the ear. It appears that it should either be made of a more flexible material OR the ear curve a bit wider. That said, it has always had good sound quality in both listening and talking. I've used it on my landline for conference calls and everyone says it sounds clear. I'll see how long this one lasts before it cracks at the ear curve area.

The headset is serving it's purpose well as a motorcycle helmet communication system via cell phones. Very easy to use, very good noise canceling microphone, good volume and sound quality. We are able to talk at 70mph. The only issue is that there is a lot of crackling noises sometimes in the speaker indicating a poor connection to the phone jack. Always possible it is related to the phone's jack, but other headphones don't crackle.

This Bluetooth Ear Piece could have been better priced, it doesn't always work, it sometimes is garbled and distorted, but as for fit and design it is all good, I really like the way it fits on my ear. The design is well made, I wish it would work all the time, when it doesn't work I have a wired one just like it that I use, They are Both JABRA'S. As old as these are the price could have been alot better.

Purchased this headset to compare to the plantronics 5200. Honestly, neither one fits my ear well, but the vast difference is in build quality and call quality. The plantronics product is far more superior....and for the same price. Also, the plantronics does offer more options and accessories. There is probably a small percentage of consumers that may prefer the jabra wave, but I am sure it is very few. If the jabra was somewhat adjustable it may be slightly more appealing.
