Picture quality is a bit hazy & color seems as if colors are faded at times I don't know if it's Reception, Signal, or TV. One key feature that is not good is the Guide Screen is so small you have to be directly on top of it to read it - if you wish to check the guide to see what's playing & time on other channels you can't do it from your armchair or couch. One more feature is the remote is loaded with all kinds of things that you can control - if you can see them - the remote is very small - that's OK - but there is either not enough color separation or size of keys to be able to find the button to control what you wish to control. This being a refurbed unit supposedly set to factory settings you'd think that you could plug it in & go - outside of your initial setup; but not the case. Had to contact Visio & get directions on how to reset everything to factory settings because TV was shutting itself off. You would think it would have already been reset to factory settings.Read full review
I looked at quite a few televisions in the 40" to 50" category and felt this was a good choice based upon features and prices. The setup was easy, the additional features are easily accessible, and the picture quality is excellent. My only complaint is the quality of their remote control, but since I primarily use the remote provided by my cable provider it doesn't really matter to me.
ok first is this is my first led tv with internet wifi capability and love surfing and watching with out using separate unit to watch netflix and others, this is really having all in one all i ned is blue ray to play movies that is not available at netflix movies, love it and picture is crystal clear and o easy to use and set up on wifi and i did not even try to read the manual to set up my new led tv. love it and use most of my led tv for more than 10 years all 3 i had are still working fine.
It meets all my expectations. The quality HD is good and pretty clear. I will recommend this product

The tv is great! The color is a bit wacky at times with different shows and movies, but can be adjusted. Great tv fire the money! I don't like where you have to point the remote to control the television... The bottom left. Could have placed it in a better spot.
