I've had mine for a year now and no problems. Was purchased at WM for big savings before the black Friday sale. I wanted to reduce the amount of wires my 15 yr old set once used,I also wanted to make everything simple with the least amount of remotes. The original remote does not come with a keyboard. Remotes are fairly inexpensive and cheap ,so I ordered two extras. It came to less than $30. The picture is excellent The only annoying feature is the smart TV interface. Without going into detail ,I will say my old entry level "Roku'box has more versatility. An example is that "Roku"shows the Amazon watch list ,while the Vizio only shows an abbreviated version of the Amazon utility. UPDATE: TV went black after a few years and cost $160.00 to repair. I have been changing out TV's in rental properties with Vizio's over the past 3 years and this time I got this 47" for ME. I am so thrilled with the TV so far. I haven't used the internet features but would have bought it for the picture being so brilliant. I would buy this TV again if I needed one. Next one will probably be the next size up but I'll wait awhile.
i am very happy with this tv. it is the first flat screen i have ever had. it has so many options and features that i feel like i am living in the future.I have experienced no problems. It was very easy to program right out of the box. The color is great, the sound is very good, and all the SMART TV features are extremely helpful and convenient
