Easily portable and nicely compact, the Dual XDVD181 DVD player can be used as a handheld unit or mounted to the rear of a car seat with the included mounting system. It features a 7 inch LCD screen with a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio and 1440 x 234 pixel resolution. In addition to standard DVD movie and CD audio discs, the DVD player can handle DVD minus R/RW, DVD plus R/RW, and CD minus R/RW discs, and the player offers electronic shock protection of 3 seconds for standard DVDs and 20 seconds for standard CDs. DVD playback features include a 96kHz/24 bit D/A converter and multi angle/audio/subtitle.

I bought these units for my grandchildren - ages 2 & 4 for their mother's car and they can operate them easily and the screen size is perfect. makes riding in the car much nicer. They sit nicely on the headrest and can be taken out to use elsewhere. I'm very pleased with this product and have even ordered 2 more to keep on hand for when the ones in my car (which I paid a lot more for)go out. Was this review helpful?

This has almost everything anyone would ever want, including good features and price tag. The ONLY thing missing is... a BATTERY! It doesn't run at all without live power, though it does come equiped with a power cable for a auto. Was this review helpful?
