I ordered this camera on a Sunday afternoon... I got the free shipping which was 10-14 business days and on Wednesday, it was here.. three days!! I was impressed.
My mother and I bought the same camera so we could use it to keep in touch. I love it. It is **so** worth the money (which isn't that much in fact). It has great picture quality and AWESOME sound quality. I would recommend that if you can hear yourself through the other persons camera, that they turn down their sound. That's the only thing we've come across.

I just got a new laptop and I didn't want to get the built-in webcam that was being offered as an option because I heard from some it was okay but not great. The QuickCam Pro web cam is - in a word - great. It is a little more expensive than the average you would pay for a cam, but well worth it. With the Carl Zeiss optics (famous for camera lenses and optical lenses on microscopes) the clarity looks like you are looking into a mirror, very sharp imaging. The cam itself and the software set up was very easy, almost idiot-proof to set up and the lens case and the cam stand that all come with this made it an easy decision to buy.
