Only problem was that the cover was too tight - so the first time I removed it the cover remained in place and the metal casing covering the entire memory stick came off.
After gluing the case back, though, it still works perfectly and looks a lot better.
This is a very fast memory stick - I was satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend it. Was this review helpful?

I opened the Datastick by pulling the cover off and instead, the cover stayed on and the entire metal covering came off!! I could see it was glued in 3 places - around the top and at the bottom as well. Unfortunately, the glue is not made as well as the cover - so the glue didn't hold. Even in this condition, the DataStick worked very well - I copied a ton of photos taken on my digital camera and it took only a couple of minutes.
Even with the glue problem, I would definitely buy this DataStick again. It's well worth the hassle. By the way, I used a little Plumber's Goop around the top of it and it's working perfectly now.

I purchased 4 of these for my personal use. Of the four, one would not accept data properly and a second one literally fell apart physically when I tried to pull the protective cap off the USB connector. Thus, 2 out of 4 had to be returned to Buy.com for replacement. The other two seem to be fine - construction seems fine (at least they haven't pulled apart yet!) and data transfers seem fast enough. I have four or five USB flash memories. This one works like a charm. A 700MB multiple folders/files folder took about 5 minutes to be download onto it. Only thing that is not perfect is the cap is slightly too tight. Other than that, a high quality one! Was this review helpful?
