my laptops keyboard was not functioning properly, not to mention i did not like typing on it so i bought this keyboard. this is excellent, a little pricy but worth it.
a previous reviewer stated the buttons on the mouse could not be turned off, and i almost returned it because of this, but you can turn them off in the setting menu.

I like the shape and feel of this keyboard. I have not yet experienced dropped keys with this product (as I had with my last Microsoft keyboard). I'm able to use the smaller version of the USB receiver (without the cord and stand) in the back of the hubfor my laptop, saving desk real estate. I easily reprogrammed the gadget key using the provided software to be a Documents key. My only complaint is with the location of the 'back' button on the mouse. I've inadvertently hit that more than once.

I am very pleased with the Logitech Cordless Desktop Wave. The only thing that I had to change was a function on the mouse. The mouse has side 'tools' that if you click them, it is set up to page backward or go forward. My clumsy hands kept hidding thesecausing me to jump forward and back. It was a very SIMPLE fix. You just go into the mouse setup feature and can easily disable this feature or set these buttons to do other tasks. Other than that, it was a very easy installation process and very nice set. I have had 2 friends happen to be at my home and using my computer. They both have talked about how they love the feel of the keyboard and mouse. I have used this product for almost a month now and I recommend this product highly!
