Features

More than a DVD player: The Samsung HT-Z310T features a single-disc DVD player with upscaling, as well as an iPod dock and XM-ready tuner.

1,000 watts of power: With all of this power, plus the true 5.1 surround sound processing of Dolby Digital and DTS technologies. You also get Dolby Pro Logic II, which can take a source with only two audio channels, and have it come out sounding as if it had 5.1.

Connections: The HT-Z310T has a USB host, an HDMI output, SCART out, and optical inputs.

HDMI CEC: This “plug and play” product comes with a Consumer Electronics Control feature that lets you operate several HDMI products with a single remote control.

Unreal for the money

I've only had the system for 2 days so I cant speak of reliability, but the system sounds great. Many theater systems you have to crank up just to hear a movie, but not with this one. It is loud and clear. Some nice features to, ipod dock, hdmi outputwhich i haven't used yet, usb input for digital cameras, and an auxilary 'headphone' jack input in the front to hook up any kind of external mp3 or for my sirius stileto2. The speaker wire is cheap and the end that goes into the player has a specific clip so you have to splice in new wires if you want to use different wires. So far I'm really happy with the sound even with cd's. There are some limitations on what kind of recordable dvd's that it will play so check the specifications. Also you may have a tough time finding speaker stands or mounts due to the mounting configuration on the back of the speaker. I modified my old ones to fit.

I purchased this product to replace an older product. I was really impressed with the features and sound quality of the system. I have a Samsung HD TV and the remote is compatible with the TV and didnt need programming. However, the TV remote would notoperate this home theatre system. Otherwise, the picture quality through the use of HDMI cables is unbelieveable!!!! I would definately purchase this brand again.

iv had it for-6 mo. &loe it, the speaker wires are alittle cheep &the wire plug ins only work on thid unit...still sounds good ,no special hook ups. beter than the cheeper one i had before. i would tell all my friends,its great &for the $$$$$$$ u cantbeet it!!!!!!
