Comfortable and the echo cancellation is nice. They don't pay perfectly good rebate submissions though.

Good sound, no static at 12-14'. I can usually leave my phone in my car and talk when I'm out side of it or in the trunk or something and there is no static. Battery life is good and as described in the web page. The only complaint that I have is that it feels flimsy and I feel like I’m going to break the earpiece when I put it on. It hasn't broken yet and you can get a replacement ear piece from Samsung if it does break.. In the words of Forest Gump..."That’s all I have to say about that."

I bought this headset for my girl as it is required now in California while driving. Looked great, right price and the reviews looked promising. Not all that it is cracked up to be. Pun intended. I have called her numerous times and I can barely have a conversation the background noise is so bad. I have tried it as well, hindsight being 20/20 probably should have went with a Jawbone 2, Motorola H9 or Plantronics Voyager 510. She tells me she has to charge it frequently, it does not really give a good indication that its batteries are running low and other people complain that the sound quality is horrible. Easy to use, great value with $20 back from Buy.com but the bottom line is the sound is not up to par. I still have a wired headset, and although the wire is sometimes a hassle, the sound quality and comment that people can barely tell I am on a headset keep me using it. Until they make something that is around $35-50 and sounds better, I will stick with it.

I got this for $29.99 after a $20 rebate and it superseded my expectations by far. I use it while riding a scooter into downtown Boston and people on the other end can hear me just fine. My only complaint is the max volume, which is a bit low when I am amid city traffic. I have to adjust the device to sit deeper in the ear, then I can hear well. Otherwise the device is perfect. I tried a BlueAnt Z9 in a similar setting. I bought Z9 for $90 in a local store and had to return it just a couple of days later for total inadequacy of performance. Thumbs up Samsung.

I agree with other reviewers that there is an occasional crackle produced, however, the noise is transient and gone fast --does not interfere with phone conversation. The product is simple and appears durable after taking it water skiing last weekend. Noise cancellation makes a big difference when in a car with the window down or a ski boat going 20 knots.

Samsung has a reputation for quality and predictable performance, which is why I bought this unit. It was very simple to operate, and arrived ahead of the indicated delivery time. Excellent on Buy.com's part! The unit does not perform to my expectations, though. The audio volume is limited, not very clear. When in a moving car, it can be hard to hear clearly. Also, the signal will lose signal and disconnect when the phone has a strong signal. If on a call, you lose the connection. I find myself shutting this unit off too frequently so I can actually talk on the phone, which is NOT why we buy these. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this unit.
