Set up very easy--true plug and play. Mimeo software included in the box makes adds tremendous value, as it backups every file change made to the hardrive(s) it monitors while running in the background.
Only complaint is that only a TRIAL Version of Mimeo is included. Um...if Western Digital is selling a backup drive and including software, shouldn't this be in the purchase price. Great combo, but seems very Microsoftesque to me. "Oh, you wanted to back up software with the backup drive--that's not included..."
So while I'll buy the full version of Mimeo, I would rather have paid more for it up front than to feel like I'm being leveraged after the sale. Was this review helpful?

It gets the job done. I don't like the fact that it does not have an on/off switch. You have to plug it in or unplug it to turn it on or off. I also had a little bit of trouble with getting my computer to reconize it the first time I used it. Was this review helpful?
