Serta Ultimate 4-inch Memory Foam Mattress Topper

I were a bit skeptical to buy this topper as I know like all of you out there, a good night sleep is priceless... was just thinking of getting rid of my mattress which is still in mid condition and got one of those Tempur Medic mattress instead...Last minutes, I have decided to try this one out first...... oh my Gosh, it was so very comfortable..& .how good was it???? I almost missed work this morning and it is just not so me to do that... My advice, spend monies to buy this first if you are thinking about replacing your mattress... it is really really Great for a fraction of what could cost you..and it is made by Serta...can't go wrong with that.. Please note of one thing, the instruction of how to open this topper was packed in the bottom of the box, so I tried to manually rolled the topper opened and Opps, it was a mistake...I did open it, but it took a lot of of me to do so.... Please do not attempt to do that, just open the topper from its wrapper and let it sit on the floor for at leasat 24hour to air out the smell, but also make it easier to roll it open later. One happy and repeat customer...

It's more comfortable than I expected and I had a very good night's sleep, FINALLY. Good merchandise at a good price makes me a repeat customer.

It is wonderfully comfortable. The directions were followed, the smell went away, and it unfolded perfectly. It is much heavier than I anticipated, and I'm sure it will hold up for many years. I felt the price was fair and the shipping for Overstock is always amazing. Thanks.

This is the 3rd memory foam product we have purchased from overstock. We have been pleased with our purchases. Memory foam is an affordable alternative to temperpedic. It alleviates pressure and gives a good nights sleep. It is important to have solid support under it though.

I thought our kingsized bed was so comfortable with a featherbed mattress topper AND a 2" foam topper on a good quality mattress set that is admittedly getting old. I have been wanting to buy a new "memory foam" complete mattress setup but did not see how I could afford one. (The king sized ones are about $3,000.) When I saw the 4" memory foam topper on your site and read all of the excelllent reviews and the incredibly reasonable price, I went for it. I was leary about the weight of it (my bedroom is upstairs, I have rheumatoid arthritis and my husband is recovering from a hip replacement.) I had to get someone to carry it up for me and lay it in it's rolled up form, on top of my bed. (I don't even want to think about the delivery person getting it to my door (over a bridge and moat!) It was, to say the least, very heavy.....I am strong but I could not move nor lift it myself. Next came the careful waiting as instructed. I have to say thagt, contrary to the instruction sheet, it took way more than 24 hours to just unroll itself. I couldn't have helped it along if I was tempted.. The warnings to not do that were quite clear. (I think perhaps that my particular topper had been in the package for so long that it was more "stuck together" than others, and therefore took longer..???) Anyway, I waited. and waited. ..I slept in another bed.....Once it did unroll (about 26 hours) the remaining 'unfolding" on top of my mattress went fairly easy with little resistence. Then I had to wait for it to "fill out to it's proper size and shape....etc. To make a long story short (too late?) I followed the directions to the letter and was rewarded with the MOST COMFORTABLE BED I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON. I don't even want to get out of bed!!!! I would purchase it again and do all the waiting again, in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for such value and comfort. One more thing, on a good note: Dispite the warnings about letting it "air out" to get rid of a "funny smell"....there was none. It is just perfect and my body and my husband would recommend this topper to anyone considering spendings thousands more on a whole mattress set!!! This topper certainly "fixed" my bed problem and if anyone out there has rheumatoid or any other condition that requires comfort and really good rest, I wholeheartedly recommend this product......THANK YOU!
