What is the password to connect to WiFi?

What we need to connect is Bluetooth, not WiFi. Connecting to Bluetooth does not require a password. Make sure your WiFi is turned on and not in use when pairing.

Can the adapter be paired with multiple phones?

The dongle can be paired with multiple iPhones, but only one device can be connected at a time. If you want to pair it with a new iPhone, please cancel the current connection first.

Can't reconnect automatically?

1). On some cars, we need to select "Auto-connect" in the CarPlay settings, so as to use the dongle's auto-connect function.

2). The dongle's system will only automatically connect back to the last connected iPhone used by the Bluetooth function.

What if I can't connect?

A. When getting on the car, please make sure that the Bluetooth and WiFi functions of the mobile phone are turned on and the Bluetooth is not occupied;

B. Clear the pairing record, restart the phone, and pair the dongle again.

When the mobile phone plays a video, the audio and video are out of sync?

Even with the original wireless CarPlay in the car, there will be audio delays when watching videos. Because video transcoding is more complex than normal audio file transcoding and takes longer to process.

Super easy to set up and connected surprisingly fast to my iphone. As stated in the description make sure your phone is updated, I think it is os 10 and later. Very cool finish having the black carbon fiber goes great with my black interior with carbon fiber accent. It is smaller than I expected but that is a good thing. I have it connected in my console, and it takes up very little room. It does what I expected, connects automatically when I start up. Most times I dont even thing about having it in the car. I think the big surprise is the fact that it never has disconnected, not once. With lifetime support offered I am hoping they expected this device to last a long time. I hope so. We love it and hapyy that we purchased it.

I used Apple nevigation and Music. It is interesting that the car volume knob can control music sound but not Navigation/Map. I personally think the navigation sound is a little loud. Various online posts from other users were also bothered by the fact that you can't easily turn map volumn up/down with iphone or car knob. YOU HAVE TO USE CAR SETUP MENU TO PRESET VOLUMN SO THE NAVIGATION WON'T BE TOO LOUD. This is a common issue with Carplay, not something special with this adaptor. Although I think it is a little pricey for $89, it is a solid product with good quality. The seller probably should consider to reduce the price or offer some promotion/discount.
