I want to emphasize one particular reviewer's comment that may otherwise get lost, and others like it:"I LOVE the design and capacity of this fountain but the deal breaker is having an app that doesn't have low water notifications."Deal breaker for me, too. I have 3 Petkit feeders which I'll probably keep, but it's unfortunate that I'll have to use another app now with a different fountain that actually has the feature of water monitoring. I want to give zero stars for deception here in that regard. As you can see from this product page, it advertises: "Monitor remaining water and filter status on PETKIT app via bluetooth connection." Yeah, remaining water is probably never going to be implemented if the device has been available since June of 2022 on Amazon. I'm guessing there's no internal water level sensor, so waiting for a software upgrade would be a very long wait indeed. I'll use it until the filter is no longer viable, then it will go to the graveyard of old cat fountains of years gone by.
